Disabled Rehabilitation

In many countries of the world, disabled people have been neglected and put aside in any development.

The Maasai Evangelistic Association works with disabled people in Maasailand. We have started small, income-generating projects among them, to help them to become self-supporting and self-reliant.

We aim to establish an occupation within the protection of the family; but if it becomes necessary, we will investigate sheltered occupational workshops and training schemes for sufficiently rehabilitated people.

MEA has also used this opportunity to present the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the disabled.
