What We Believe: Statement of Faith
MISSION STATEMENT
A mission normally has its beginning in a group of Christians who feel the need to share the Gospel effectively in their locality.
A Mission is a special evangelistic thrust which provides the opportunity to reach every type of person and to invite them to commit their lives to the Lord Jesus Christ.
The Maasai Evangelistic Association believes that man cannot live by bread alone for, in the words of Jesus, "Is not life more important than clothing?" As the New Testament teaches, fulfilment and true meaning in life can only be found through faith and trust in Jesus Christ.
Therefore the Maasai Evangelistic Association works in partnership with fellow Christians who share this conviction and who acknowledge that the Bible, as the Authoritative Word of God, is the guiding rule of all Christians' belief and behaviour.
